Ruiyu Ni ac25ebdccc ShellPkg/memmap: Refine code ...

The patch changes Buffer to Descriptors, changes
(UINT8 *Walker) to (EFI_MEMORY_DESCRIPTOR *Walker).
The change makes lots of type conversion unnecessary.
