Abdul Lateef Attar 10f0364b61 MdePkg/Acpi50: Add revision macro for Serial Bus UART structure ...

The Serial Bus UART structure was introduced in ACPI 5.0.

This patch defines a revision macro for this structure and
also adds type specific flag macros.
