Michael Kubacki 30f3fa0af7 StandaloneMmCorePerformanceLib.inf: Add gEfiEventExitBootServicesGuid 
Adds `gEfiEventExitBootServicesGuid` to the `[Guids]` section and
removes `gEdkiiSmmExitBootServicesProtocolGuid` from the
`[Protocols]` section for the current implementation.
