Akshay Behl 8c721d68ea MdePkg, EmbeddedPkg: Moved definition of Fdt Guid to MdePkg ...

MdePkg has a more refined implementation of Fdt as compared
to the EmbeddedPkg which was the initial implementation, hence
moving the Fdt Guid from EmbeddedPkg to MdePkg.
