Ard Biesheuvel 44d88d5d0c MdeModulePkg: Remove obsolete PEI_USB_HOST_CONTROLLER_PPI ...

This PPI is no longer used - the EHCI and XHCI host controller PEIMs
expose PEI_USB2_HOST_CONTROLLER_PPI instead.
