Move the ArmMmuLib interface definition to UefiCpuPkg, with this change,
MMU libraries for ARM, AARCH64, RiscV, LongArch64 architectures all
reside in UefiCpuPkg.

removed gEdkiiPeiMpServices2PpiGuid from UefiCpuPkg.dec
which causes build breaks if an INF [Ppis] section
lists gEdkiiPeiMpServices2PpiGuid. There is no method
for a DEC file for conditionally declare a PPI.
In order to support the migration from use of
gEdkiiPeiMpServices2PpiGuid to the preferred use of the
gPeiMpServices2Ppi, add gEdkiiPeiMpServices2PpiGuid back
to the UefiCpuPkg.dec.
All references to the EDK II PEI MP Services 2 PPI can be
removed after all downstream consumers have had a chance
to perform the migration.

This change is made for boot performance considerations.
Before the Temporary RAM is disabled, the permanent memory is in UC
state, causing the creation of the page table in
permanent memory to take more time with larger page table sizes.
Therefore, this patch adds the PcdMaxMappingAddressBeforeTempRamExit
to provide the platform with the capability to control the max
mapping address in page table before Temp Ram Exit. The value of
0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, then firmware will map entire physical address
space.

The OpenSSL library uses floating point registers.
The is no guarantee that a prior firmware stage has enabled the FPU.

The motivation of this change is to simplify the logic in
StandaloneMmIpl when allocating the memory for SMM profile data.
IPL does not need to detect the CPU feature regarding MSR DS
Area. That change requires the PCD value contains the MSR DS
Area. So, the size of SmmProfileData will be simplified to the
PcdCpuSmmProfileSize directly.
mMsrDsAreaSize will be within the PcdCpuSmmProfileSize if
mBtsSupported is TRUE.

Provide the capability for platform to specifies the 2nd
timeout value in microseconds for the BSP/AP in SMM to wait for
one another to enter SMM.
The added interface can enhance the flexibility of timeout
configuration. In some cases, certain processors may not be
able to enter SMI, and prolonged waiting could lead to
kernel soft/hard lockup. We have now defined two timeouts.
The first timeout can be set to a smaller value to reduce
the waiting period. Processors that are unable to enter SMI
will be woken up through SMIIPL to enter SMI, followed by
a second waiting period. The second timeout can be set to a
larger value to prevent delays in processors entering SMI
case due to the long instruction execution.

Intel plans to separate the smbase relocation logic from
PiSmmCpuDxeSmm driver, and the related behavior will be
moved to the new interface defined by the SmmRelocationLib
class.
The SmmRelocationLib class provides the SmmRelocationInit()
interface for platform to do the smbase relocation, which
shall provide below 2 functionalities:
1. Relocate smbases for each processor.
2. Create the gSmmBaseHobGuid HOB.
With SmmRelocationLib, PiSmmCpuDxeSmm driver (which runs at
a later phase) shall:
1. Consume the gSmmBaseHobGuid HOB for the relocated smbases
for each Processor.
2. Execute the early SMM Init.
This patch just provides the SmmRelocationLib class.

On a multi-processor system, if the BSP dose not know how many APs are
online or cannot wake up the AP via broadcast, it can collect AP
resouces before wakeing up the AP and add a new HOB to save the
processor resouces.

Intel is planning to provide different SMM CPU Sync implementation
along with some specific registers to improve the SMI performance,
hence need SmmCpuSyncLib Library for Intel.
This patch is to:
1.Adds SmmCpuSyncLib Library class in UefiCpuPkg.dec.
2.Adds SmmCpuSyncLib.h function declaration header file.
For the new SmmCpuSyncLib, it provides 3 sets of APIs:
1. ContextInit/ContextDeinit/ContextReset:
ContextInit() is called in driver's entrypoint to allocate and
initialize the SMM CPU Sync context. ContextDeinit() is called in
driver's unload function to deinitialize SMM CPU Sync context.
ContextReset() is called before CPU exist SMI, which allows CPU to
check into the next SMI from this point.
2. GetArrivedCpuCount/CheckInCpu/CheckOutCpu/LockDoor:
When SMI happens, all processors including BSP enter to SMM mode by
calling CheckInCpu(). The elected BSP calls LockDoor() so that
CheckInCpu() will return the error code after that. CheckOutCpu() can
be called in error handling flow for the CPU who calls CheckInCpu()
earlier. GetArrivedCpuCount() returns the number of checked-in CPUs.
3. WaitForAPs/ReleaseOneAp/WaitForBsp/ReleaseBsp
WaitForAPs() & ReleaseOneAp() are called from BSP to wait the number
of APs and release one specific AP. WaitForBsp() & ReleaseBsp() are
called from APs to wait and release BSP. The 4 APIs are used to
synchronize the running flow among BSP and APs. BSP and AP Sync flow
can be easy understand as below:
BSP: ReleaseOneAp --> AP: WaitForBsp
BSP: WaitForAPs <-- AP: ReleaseBsp

Create gMpInformationHobGuid2 in UefiCpuPkg.
Currently, there is a gMpInformationHobGuid defined,
created and consumed only in StandaloneMmPkg. The HOB
contains the EFI_PROCESSOR_INFORMATION structure for
each CPU and the number of processors. This is the same
as the information that PiSmmCpuDxeSmm uses MpService
Protocol to get.
This new gMpInformationHobGuid2 also contains the
NumberOfProcessors and the EFI_PROCESSOR_INFORMATION
for each CPU. Also the HOB is extended to support the
case that the maximum HOB length is not enough for all
CPU. So there might be more than one HOB instance in the
HOB list. Each HOB describes the corresponding CPU index
range.
The plan is to create gMpInformationHob2Guid in CpuMpPei
module(implemented in next commit). Then PiSmmCpuDxeSmm
and other MM_STANDALONE modules can consume the hob. This
can avoid calling MpService Protocol in PiSmmCpuDxeSmm.
Also the issue that one gMpInformationHobGuid might be not
enough when CPU number is 1~2000 or bigger can be solved.

When a platform has lots of CPU cores/threads, perf-logging on every
AP produces lots of records. When this multiplies with number of SMIs
during post, the records are even more.
So, this patch adds a new PCD PcdSmmApPerfLogEnable (default TRUE)
to allow platform to turn off perf-logging on APs.

The default SMBASE for the x86 processor is 0x30000. When
SMI happens, processor runs the SMI handler at SMBASE+0x8000.
Also, the SMM save state area is within SMBASE+0x10000.
One of the SMM initialization from processor perspective is to
relocate and program the new SMBASE (in TSEG range) for each
processor. When the SMBASE relocation happens in a PEI module,
the PEI module shall produce the SMM_BASE_HOB in HOB database
which tells the PiSmmCpuDxeSmm driver (runs at a later phase)
about the new SMBASE for each processor. PiSmmCpuDxeSmm driver
installs the SMI handler at the SMM_BASE_HOB.SmBase[Index]+0x8000
for processor Index. When the HOB doesn't exist, PiSmmCpuDxeSmm
driver shall relocate and program the new SMBASE itself.
This patch adds the SMM Base HOB for any PEI module to do
the SmBase relocation ahead of PiSmmCpuDxeSmm driver and
store the relocated SmBase address in array for each
processor.

The lib includes two APIs:
* PageTableMap
It creates/updates mapping from LA to PA.
The implementation only supports paging structures used in 64bit
mode now. PAE paging structure support will be added in future.
* PageTableParse
It parses the page table and returns the mapping relations in an
array of IA32_MAP_ENTRY.
It passed some stress tests. These test code will be upstreamed in
other patches following edk2 Unit Test framework.

UefiCpuPkg define a new Protocol with the new services
SmmWaitForAllProcessor(), which can be used by SMI handler
to optionally wait for other APs to complete SMM rendezvous in
relaxed AP mode.
VariableSmm and VariableStandaloneMM driver in MdeModulePkg need
to use this services but MdeModulePkg can't depend on UefiCpuPkg.
Thus, the solution is moving SmmCpuRendezvouslib.h from UefiCpuPkg
to MdePkg and creating SmmCpuRendezvousLib NullLib version
implementation in MdePkg as dependency for the pkg that can't
depend on UefiCpuPkg.

This new library uses a platform agnostic algorithm to get CPU
cache information. It provides user with an API(GetCpuCacheInfo)
to get detailed CPU cache information by each package, each core
type included in this package, and each cache level & type.
This library can be used by code that produces SMBIOS_TABLE_TYPE7
SMBIOS table.

To support handling #VC exceptions and issuing VMGEXIT instructions,
create a library with functions that can be used to perform these
#VC/VMGEXIT related operations. This includes functions for:
- Handling #VC exceptions
- Preparing for and issuing a VMGEXIT
- Performing MMIO-related write operations to support flash emulation
- Performing AP related boot opeations
The base functions in this driver will not do anything and will return
an error if a return value is required. It is expected that other packages
(like OvmfPkg) will create a version of the library to fully support an
SEV-ES guest.

The commit will introduce a static PCD to specify the periodic interval
for checking the AP status when MP services StartupAllAPs() and
StartupThisAP() are being executed in a non-blocking manner. Or in other
words, specifies the interval for callback function CheckApsStatus().
The purpose is to provide the platform owners with the ability to choose
the proper interval value to trigger CheckApsStatus() according to:
A) The number of processors in the system;
B) How MP services (StartupAllAPs & StartupThisAP) being used.
Setting the PCD to a small value means the AP status check callback will
be triggered more frequently, it can benefit the performance for the case
when the BSP uses WaitForEvent() or uses CheckEvent() in a loop to wait
for AP(s) to complete the task, especially when the task can be finished
considerably fast on AP(s).
An example is within function CpuFeaturesInitialize() under
UefiCpuPkg/Library/RegisterCpuFeaturesLib/DxeRegisterCpuFeaturesLib.c,
where BSP will perform the same task with APs and requires all the
processors to finish the task before BSP proceeds to its next task.
Setting the PCD to a big value, on the other hand, can reduce the impact
on BSP by the time being consumed in CheckApsStatus(), especially when the
number of processors is huge so that the time consumed in CheckApsStatus()
is not negligible.
The type of the PCD is UINT32, which means the maximum possible interval
value can be set to:
4,294,967,295 microseconds = 4,295 seconds = 71.58 minutes = 1.19 hours
which should be sufficient for usage.
For least impact, the default value of the new PCD will be the same with
the current interval value. It will be set to 100,000 microseconds, which
is 100 milliseconds.
Unitest done:
A) OS boot successfully;
B) Use debug message to confirm the 'TriggerTime' parameter for the
'SetTimer' service is the same before & after this patch.

Commit c7c964b and dd01704 add header file for FIT table and update
MpInitLib to support FIT based microcode shadow operation. There are
comments that FIT is Intel specific specification instead of industry
standard, which should not be placed in EDK2 MdePkg and UefiCpuPkg.
So this patch adds a platform PPI for the microcode shadow logic, and
remove the FIT related code from EDK2.
The FIT based microcode shadow support will be implemented as a new
platform PEIM in IntelSiliconPkg in edk2-platforms.
This patch doesn't provide a DXE version shadow microcode protocol,
a platform which only uses DxeMpInitLib instance only supports PCD
based microcode shadowing.
